Change of Mind

Within 7 days of purchase. 

• Earrings, body piercing products, hair accessories, face masks and gift cards cannot be returned for change of mind reasons
• Items returned must be in their original sale condition (unworn and unused with all original packaging and labels)
• Shipping costs from online purchases and click and collect are non-refundable.
• You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges for verification purposes.
• Please contact us on threehundredandtenpoems@gmail.com and get a confirmation before returning. Refunds are offered on all eligible orders returned to us within 7 days of your delivery date and will incur a $12 - $25 postage & handling fee.
